Safety before progress

Some tasks need a different kind of help.

Hollow Wise can help narrow ordinary home-care decisions. It cannot inspect your space, identify a hazard, or replace emergency, medical, repair, remediation, or professional cleaning services.

Stop first

Do not continue if the task feels unsafe.

Leave the immediate area when appropriate. Contact local emergency services for an urgent danger, poison control for a possible poisoning or chemical exposure, or a qualified professional for hazards outside your knowledge or ability.

Examples of stop conditions

  • Fire, smoke, sparks, damaged wiring, or a gas smell
  • Unknown chemicals, chemical fumes, or mixed cleaning products
  • Needles, sharp objects, broken glass, or possible biohazards
  • Human or animal waste you cannot handle safely
  • Mold you cannot confidently address safely, recurring or widespread mold, suspected hidden growth, pests, structural damage, or water damage
  • Blocked exits, unstable piles, or anything at risk of falling
  • A task that causes pain, dizziness, breathing trouble, or sensory distress you cannot manage

Use your own limits

“I cannot safely do this” is complete information.

01

Do not mix products

Follow every product label. Never mix cleaning products unless the manufacturer explicitly says it is safe.

02

Protect your body

Use appropriate ventilation and protective equipment. Do not lift, climb, or reach beyond your safe ability.

03

Choose qualified help

For electrical, structural, chemical, mold, pest, or biohazard concerns, seek the right professional.

Emotional and medical limits

Hollow Wise is not therapy, crisis support, or medical care. If you may harm yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services or a crisis service where you live. If a task causes a physical or mental-health concern, stop and seek guidance from a qualified professional.

Safety information should be clear. If Hollow Wise ever gives a recommendation that seems unsafe or unsuitable for your situation, do not follow it. Report the recommendation to [email protected] so it can be reviewed. This inbox is not monitored for emergencies.
